My name is Bob
Hollister and I'm glad you've found my site! I have been
breeding falcons since 1987 and have been a falconer since the age of 13
(I am 48). Falcons have always been my passion and obsession.
My background is in wildlife biology, raptor research, teaching (
secondary ed. and yoga) and music. I currently live on a small ranch
in south-central Montana, in the heart of grouse country. I moved
here a little more than 8 years ago, fulfilling a life long dream of
"homesteading" a piece of the world, in harmony with nature, and
saving a piece of our fast-disappearing prairie. Here I live totally
off-the-grid, producing my own power from the wind and sun using a system
my brother and I built. I mention my background and lifestyle because I feel when you buy a bird from me you are
buying more than just a falcon. You are
supporting a philosophy deeply rooted in conservation, education and most of all, empathy
and respect for these wonderful birds! My
reputation for meticulous care and concern for my falcons is well known. This has produced
a large faithful customer base, confident in my birds and my business ethics. To all those folks, a HUGE Thank You! To
everyone else visiting, I hope I can add you to the list of satisfied falconers that are
flying my birds.
